Madeen does not require bank logins or card numbers. Please do not send credit card numbers, bank credentials, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive financial information by email.

Does Madeen connect to my bank?
No. Madeen never asks for credentials, never reads transactions, and never connects to your accounts. You manually pick the cards you own.
Is Madeen free?
Yes. Madeen is free to download and use on iPhone. There is no subscription, premium tier, or advertising in the current app.
Which cards are supported?
Madeen focuses on U.S. consumer credit cards from major issuers plus popular co-branded and store cards. If a card is missing, email us the card name and issuer.
How does Madeen pick the best card?
Madeen compares reward rules for the selected category and shows the strongest card from the cards you added to your wallet. Settings also include a ranking mode for effective-rate or highest-multiplier comparisons.
What devices are supported?
Madeen is built for iPhone. The current launch plan is iPhone-only unless scope changes.
Why is the widget not showing my latest card?
iOS may cache widgets briefly. Open Madeen, make sure your cards are selected, then return to the Home Screen. The widget should refresh shortly.
A card I own is not in the catalog. What should I do?
Email hello@madeen.app with the card name and issuer. We review catalog gaps and refresh the catalog over time.
A reward rate looks wrong. What should I send?
Send the card name, category, what Madeen showed, and the issuer page or terms you are comparing against. Issuer terms are always the authoritative source.
Will my selections restore on a new iPhone?
Madeen stores your selections locally. After an iCloud restore, they may come back with your device backup. If not, you can reselect your cards in the app.
